Massage Therapist,
Amateur Boxing Coach & Indian Club Coach

After 10 years of painful injury and 3 surgeries to my shoulders, health professionals believed my body would never regain full health. However, Indian club swinging exercises have stood out in a way I would never have expected, transforming my personal & working life for the better.

In this beginners course, I am going to teach you fundamental techniques to enable you to practise Indian Club exercises, which can help improve your shoulder pain.

My name is Craig Orchard, and I'm the CEO of Flowwood. I'm a qualified personal trainer, massage therapist, amateur boxing coach and Indian Club coach. I have helped dozens of coaches and athletes improve their pain and mobility following injury and in this course I'm going to show you the basics of Indian Club swinging and how you can implement it in your daily lives.

Improve & Restore Your Shoulder Health Now!

Whether you are an athlete, a builder, or work in an office, shoulders are a common problem area for all types of people.

The shoulders have a vast range of movement. However, repetitive every day activities are limiting and cause stress. Conventional, linear training can overload shoulder muscles and create imbalances.

Circular, swing training is fantastic at counter-acting and improving shoulder health by restoring full shoulder mobility and strength.

Whilst Indian club training is excellent for anyone, it is particularly beneficial for boxers and MMA fighters.

Benefits of Indian Club Beginners Training are:
A Fun & Engaging Challenge
Relieves Stress
Full Range Strength
Builds Better Motor Control
Increases Shoulder Stability
Improve Shoulder Mobility
Creates More Dexterity
Safe Progression on to Heavier Clubs
A Happier, Healthier Life

Testimonials

“I've enjoyed my introduction to Indian clubs more than I ever expected thanks to sessions underpinned by Craig's patience, enthusiasm and expertise. Learning that new skill has been fun in itself but thanks to Craig's all round knowledge, I've gained so much more to take into other aspects of general health and fitness. ”

Sam from London

“Over the past couple of years, Craig and I have had several club sessions. These sessions have really helped my shoulder mobility, which has been poor since a fall off a bike about 4 years ago. I've also found that club work has helped release some niggles in my back and shoulders from sitting at a desk all day. I would definitely recommend.”

Alex

“I came across Craig's course on Instagram and I was immediately intrigued! I play quite a lot of tennis so anything to improve shoulder and back mobility and strength whilst also improving my overall co-ordination is of definite interest to me. The classes were fun and challenging and I now employ many of the movements on a daily basis and find them to be relaxing and beneficial in recovery strength and flexibility. Would thoroughly recommend giving it a go!”
